How to Perform

Stand on the center of a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart. Grip the ends underhand with arms at sides and slight elbow bend.

  1. Brace core and keep chest up.
  2. Exhale and raise arms forward to shoulder height.
  3. Pause and squeeze front deltoids.
  4. Inhale and lower arms slowly to start.
  5. Repeat for reps.

Inhale as you lower the band; exhale as you raise it. Brace core throughout.
