How to Perform

Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, arms hanging naturally by your sides.

  1. Swing arms out to sides into a T shape, squeezing shoulder blades together.
  2. Reach arms back comfortably to open chest.
  3. Return arms to front, crossing them over chest.
  4. Alternate between opening and crossing fluidly.
  5. Maintain upright posture throughout.

Inhale as you open arms, exhale as you cross them; breathe deeply and continuously.
