How to Perform

Stand facing a wall with hands at shoulder height. Place one foot forward and extend the other straight back, heel flat on the floor.

  1. Bend front knee and lean hips forward.
  2. Keep back leg straight and heel down.
  3. Feel stretch in calf of back leg.
  4. Hold position steadily.
  5. Breathe deeply and relax into stretch.
  6. Switch legs after release.
