How to Perform

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold one end of a towel in your right hand and raise it overhead.

  1. Bend your right elbow so your hand reaches behind your head.
  2. Grasp the towel's other end with your left hand behind your back.
  3. Gently pull down with your left hand to deepen the stretch.
  4. Hold for 20-30 seconds without pain.
  5. Release and switch arms to repeat on the opposite side.
