How to Perform

Anchor TRX securely at mid-height. Grip handles with palms facing each other, lean back with arms extended at shoulder height and body straight.

  1. Brace core to maintain straight body line.
  2. Engage rear delts and pull handles up and out to raise arms overhead into Y shape.
  3. Squeeze shoulder blades together at top.
  4. Slowly lower arms back to start under control.
  5. Keep slight bend in elbows throughout.

Inhale as you lower; exhale as you pull up and brace core.
