How to Perform

Stand facing a sturdy wall at arm's length. Place one palm flat against the wall at shoulder height with fingers pointing down and arm straight.

  1. Spread fingers apart.
  2. Keep elbow straight without locking.
  3. Gently turn body away from the wall.
  4. Feel stretch in palm-side forearm.
  5. Hold position steadily.
  6. Breathe deeply and relax.
  7. Release slowly and repeat on other side.
