How to Perform

Grasp a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging at sides. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, elevate heels to balance on balls of feet.

  1. Keep core engaged and posture upright.
  2. Take small, controlled steps forward.
  3. Maintain heels elevated off the ground throughout.
  4. Continue for set distance or time.
  5. Lower heels to rest after each set.
